Abstract:
Ibuprofen is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug from the group of propionic acid derivatives, which has an analgesic and antipyretic effects. Ibuprofen is most popular in the treatment of rheumatic pain in order to stop joint syndrome. The mechanism of analgesic action of the drug is due to a decrease in prostaglandin production. In order to avoid the side effects of Ibuprofen when administered orally, we developed a gel of the liposomal form of Ibuprofen.
