The article considers the phenomenon of independence of Central Asian states as a new stage in the fight against “mass culture”. The author analyzes how the acquisition of sovereignty has affected the cultural identity of the region and how indigenous societies seek to oppose the monotonous influence of global pop culture. The research work also analyzes both the political and cultural aspects of the “fight against mass culture” process in Central Asia, encouraging the reader to reflect on this issue in every possible way.

This article analyzes the current state, opportunities and limitations of regional cooperation among the Central Asian states. The article identifies existing problems in the development of regional cooperation and proposes ways to solve them. The research results show that the geographical proximity, economic complementarity and common historical and cultural heritage of the Central Asian states create a solid foundation for the development of regional cooperation. At the same time, the lack of political will, structural economic problems and geopolitical competition hinder the full development of cooperation.

The article analyzes the general meetings, socio-political, cultural, educational and economic relations of the Republic of
Uzbekistan with the countries of Central Asia from 1991 to 1995 on the basis of articles published in the newspaper “People’s Word”. It is explained in the columns of this newspaper that the political, socio-economic, spiritual and cultural processes taking place in our country and in Central Asia are objectively covered.

The purpose of this work is to consider the legal regulation of e-commerce relations and conduct a comparative legal analysis of the legislation of the EU and Central Asia. This work is aimed to study the weaknesses and strengths of each system, develop special theoretical and practical proposals to improve the quality of regulatory legal acts. In general, the study is aimed at providing the necessary information and recommendations for improving the field of electronic commercial law.

This thesis critically examines the evolution and contemporary practices of Bilateral Investment Treaties (BITs) and Investor-State Dispute Settlement (ISDS) mechanisms in Azerbaijan and five Central Asian republics: Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Turkmenistan. Following independence from the Soviet Union, these states utilized BITs to attract foreign direct investment (FDI), particularly in extractive and strategic industries. Early treaty practice emphasized investor protections such as Fair and Equitable Treatment (FET), Most-Favoured-Nation (MFN) clauses, and access to international arbitration. However, the practical deployment of ISDS has revealed substantive and procedural shortcomings, including vague treaty drafting, limited regulatory space, and imbalanced commitments. This article maps convergences and divergences in treaty formulation across the region using comparative legal analysis and evaluates current reform efforts influenced by UNCITRAL Working Group III and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) considerations. The study concludes with targeted policy recommendations aimed at modernizing the regional investment law framework to ensure alignment with contemporary international standards and sustainable development imperatives.

This article informs about protection peace and tolerance between nations by ensuring the freedom of conscience and faith. It is not secret that the freedom of conscience and faith determines the role of states in today’s modern global rate. Specifically, countries, which provided full protection and insurance in terms of the freedom and rights based on conscience and faith, are regarded to have civil – society with suitable life style for their population. Moreover, this article looks into formation and distribution of the freedom and rights of conscience and faith globally, as well as, the status quo of the freedom and right of conscience and faith in Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan is mentioned briefly below. This article gives a great chance, also, to get familiar with problems and shortcomings related to the freedom of conscience and faith in these  mentioned stets.
