This article will explore the use of metaphors to describe fictional characters.

This article focuses on the accomplishments of epistolary fiction and what it offers writers. It analyzes a study of the history and evolution of the form to develop a base for ideas presented in the following sections. Moreover, it addresses the  challenges posed by the epistolary form as well as the form’s possibilities. The article investigates specific possibilities writing techniques used in epistolary form and their effects on both the characters and readers. The central argument of this article offers an assessment of the strengths of epistolary fiction, and a claim that shows how these strengths are evident in epistolary novels spanning the last three and a half centuries.

The struggle for existence is a universal topic that appears in Steinbeck’s writings as well. Steinbeck’s works are full of characters who struggle to make both ends meet as migrant farmers during the Great Depression. He admired those who worked hard and lived honourably. The characters were given Steinbeck’s voice and vibe. Their flaws, struggle for survival, and unwavering courage are not only theirs but also Steinbeck's. Even though the fact that he authored fiction, his characters are realistic in their portrayals of contemporary America. The Grapes of Wrath earned Steinbeck both praise and scorn. It’s based on the American Great Depression, which ran from 1929 to 1939.

Emphasis is placed on the creative achievements of the writers of the two nations, focusing on how the development of the characters is revealed in the content of the works.

characters, and cultural context, this study delves into the interplay between humanist ideals
and the dramatic portrayal of power, ambition, and morality. Through an analysis of the
tragedy's depiction of Tamerlane and the moral dilemmas faced by the characters, this article
highlights how "Tamerlane the Great" reflects the complex and nuanced worldview of
Renaissance humanism.

“Between two doors” is one of the greatest novel in Uzbek literature, it narrates about life of Uzbek nation in the years of second World War  and after that. In novel unforgettable characters' lives are described, the difficulties they had gone through and catastrophes of the war. Due to great skill of the writer all the happenings in the book seem real. The main reason why it is named "Between two doors" is it is about the path that people go through from birth to death.  

The analysis of literary works of some English and American authors shows that gender – determined differences may disappear in the speech of female and male characters under the influence of different pragmatic factors. In spite of the existing gender stereotyping, social female and male roles are constantly changing in the contemporary society. The changes in the relationship between genders find reflection in fiction.

In this article, Erkin Usmanov's adventure-mystical stories are artistically analyzed, and the opinions about the fact that these stories are written in a mystical direction, and the effective use of portrait lines to show the individual characteristics of the characters, are stated. Conclusions were made that the artistic details in the works have their own significance, that they served as the main tools of mysticism in the works, and that the use of artistic image tools helped to reflect the main ideological intention.
