This article deals with the development of using the technologies in educational field. Today, scientific researches on spreading the use of modern information and communication technologies on education have been being carried out all over the world. Distance learning and computer-based education, using multi-media during lessons should be supported. As the world has been developing, presence of opportunities as distance learning have created significant chances for both learners and teachers to carry learning process well. Number of e-learning platforms based on distance learning are operating. The most considerable advantage is that if the learner can not attend to the courses because of some health or family problems, he can’t miss the opportunity to learn, because video lessons and lectures are available on learning platforms. It can result in the significant increase in learning process.

This article explores the impact of distance learning on educational outcomes, considering its effectiveness, associated challenges, and potential future directions. By reviewing existing literature and recent studies, we investigate the factors that influence the quality of distance learning, such as technology access, instructional design, and learner engagement. While distance learning has enabled increased educational access globally, it faces challenges like digital inequality, varying engagement levels, and limited social interaction. Through this research, we aim to offer insights into how distance learning can be optimized for diverse educational needs.

We can distinguish two opposing directions in the development of distance learning of foreign languages, in particular English as a foreign language: network platforms, where students comprehend a foreign language independently, without contact with a teacher, and "Zoom classes", conducted with the help of modern programs, providing a reliable video link. Today, of particular relevance is the task of "combining" these two approaches, which would preserve all the advantages of distance and traditional learning, and minimize the disadvantages. The article describes the linguistic and methodological foundations for creating such a distance learning course in EFL "from scratch", which optimally combines independent learning activity of a student and his/her work in contact with a teacher. The article formulates the basic principles of the development of this course.

In recent years, the rapid development of modern technologies and the widespread use of social media have significantly influenced the education system, bringing about fundamental changes. One of the most prominent transformations has been the growing popularity of online platforms in language learning. In particular, the role of such platforms in teaching and learning English is invaluable. This article analyzes the effectiveness of online platforms in English language education, focusing on their advantages, challenges, and integration with traditional teaching methods. The main benefit of online education lies in its accessibility—it creates equal opportunities for learners regardless of limited resources or geographical distance. For example, platforms such as Duolingo, Coursera, EdX, and BBC Learning English not only facilitate language learning but also provide opportunities to explore global cultures. Moreover, the article highlights how interactive lessons, engaging methodologies, virtual classrooms, mobile applications, AI-based tools, and video tutorials shape English language learning based on the needs of both teachers and students. Online platforms also encourage learners to become independent and apply their knowledge in practice. However, despite these benefits, challenges remain—most notably the reliance on stable internet access, which can cause difficulties for users. The article provides a comparative analysis of the theoretical and practical foundations of online education, its role in students’ daily lives, and the importance of interactive methods. It concludes by emphasizing the integration of online and traditional teaching approaches in English language education and the reasons behind this shift.

Independent thinking in the early years of schooling is a powerful predictor of later academic resilience and lifelong learning capacity. The present study analyses classroom practices that demonstrably foster pupils’ ability to generate, justify and refine their own ideas without excessive teacher direction. Drawing on recent empirical studies conducted in Europe and Asia as well as an exploratory intervention carried out by the authors in three Uzbek primary schools, we identify the pedagogical conditions and methodological solutions that most consistently nurture self-directed cognitive behaviour. The findings show that a balanced combination of dialogic inquiry, metacognitive scaffolding, and reflective feedback produces significant gains in pupils’ originality, argumentative coherence, and strategic problem-solving. These results offer practical implications for curriculum planners seeking to embed independent-thinking objectives in national standards and for teachers designing daily learning experiences that move beyond rote reproduction.

The dynamic development and availability of information technologies cause the spread of new forms of education. One of them is e-learning, during which technologies and various types of media are used in the educational process (for example, a computer or smartphone with constant access to the Web network). The purpose of this learning model is to meet the obvious need of people for lifelong learning ­. Currently, e-learning is mainly used in two areas: employee training in large companies, as well as in universities.

форм дистанционного образования. В работе анализируются ключевые факторы, способствующие
росту популярности мобильного обучения, такие как развитие мобильных технологий, доступность
интернета и стремительное расширение возможностей обучающих приложений. Рассматриваются
проблемы, с которыми сталкиваются преподаватели и студенты при использовании мобильных
устройств в образовательном процессе, включая ограниченность экранного пространства,
необходимость адаптации контента, а также вопросы безопасности и защиты данных. В статье также
обсуждаются перспективы мобильного обучения, включая интеграцию с другими современными
методами дистанционного обучения, использование искусственного интеллекта для персонализации
обучения, а также возможные изменения в образовательной системе в связи с дальнейшим развитием
мобильных технологий.

Distance education has become a significant mode of learning ,particulary in the 21st century due to advancements in technology and the incrasing demand for fexible learning enviroments .This paper explores various  methodological approaches utilized in distance education ,focusing on innovative methods such as gamification,flipped classrooms , and the integration of virtual reality (VR) and angmented reality (AR) These methods are discussed in the context of their effectiveness in enhancing student engagement fostering collaborative learning and improving learning outcomes .In addition to examining these innovative approaches , the paper identifies the key challenges in distance education,such as the digital divide , ensuring academic integrity in assessements,and maintaining effective communication between students and instructors .

In contemporary world the usage of Learning Management Systems (LMS) plays a vital role particularly in foreign language learning and teaching. One of the widely used LMS is HEMIS which stands for Higher Education Management Information System. It has been used in higher education system for over 3 years. This work includes survey results which was held in Nukus State pedagogical institute in order to know the attitude of students towards implementation of HEMIS in foreign language learning and teaching. The outcome of the survey  states that this education management system is practical and potentially beneficial.

В статье рассматривается использование социальных сетей как платформы для дистанционного обучения трудовых мигрантов. Оценивается роль социальных сетей в преодолении образовательных барьеров, таких как языковая и культурная изоляция, а также проблемы с доступом к традиционным образовательным ресурсам. Рассматриваются преимущества и недостатки данного подхода, такие как доступность, гибкость, межкультурная коммуникация, а также вызовы, связанные с доступом к интернету, низким уровнем цифровой грамотности и мотивацией мигрантов. Приводятся примеры успешных проектов и предлагаются рекомендации по улучшению образовательных практик для трудовых мигрантов через социальные сети.

In this article, the advantages and disadvantages of blended learning, its wide application in education, as well as its application to the educational process based on foreign experiences, are presented. Traditional educational system is slowly adapted to fast technological changes in the contemporary information-oriented society. So, constant refreshment and improvement the content and methods of teaching  are  needed  to  prepare  “new  generation  engineers”  who  will  be  capable  to  take responsibilities in decision making, capable to apply critical thinking and creative approaches to their work.

Digital technologies, including artificial intelligence, virtual and augmented reality, distance learning systems, and blended learning methods, enhance the educational process, making it more interactive, efficient, and personalized. These methods expand studentsʻ opportunities for independent learning, enable accurate analysis of their knowledge levels, and help develop personalized educational programs. The article also discusses the implementation of innovative teaching methods and related challenges, such as cybersecurity and technological infrastructure issues. Successful examples of the integration of digital technologies in education are presented from both local and global contexts.
