ЕНЕРГИЯНИ ТЕЖАШ ВА ЭНЕРГИЯ САМАРАДОРЛИГИНИ ОШИРИШ СОҲАСИГА ОИД ҚОНУНЧИЛИК ИЖРОСИ УСТИДАН ПРОКУРОР НАЗОРАТИНИ ТАКОМИЛЛАШТИРИШ

Экологик муаммолар ортиб бораётган бир шароитда энергияни тежаш қоидаларига риоя этилишини таъминлаш ва энергия самарадорлигини оширишда прокурорларнинг роли тобора муҳим аҳамият касб этмоқда. Ушбу мақола энергетика соҳасида ҳуқуқни муҳофаза қилиш устидан прокурор назоратини яхшилашнинг муҳим заруратини ўрганади. Амалдаги қонунчилик базаси, протсессуал носозликлар, прокуратура ва ҳуқуқни муҳофаза қилувчи органлар ўртасидаги ҳамкорликни таҳлил қилиш орқали ўрганиш назорат ва жавобгарликни кучайтириш стратегияларини белгилаб беради. Кенгайтирилган тренинглар, сиёсат ислоҳотлари ва технологияларни интегратсиялашуви орқали мақола прокуратура органларига энергияни тежашга ёрдам берувчи қоидаларни самарали татбиқ этиш ҳуқуқини бериш учун яхлит ёндашувни таклиф қилади. THE STATE OF CONSTRUCTION OF ENERGY-EFFICIENT BUILDINGS IN UZBEKISTAN

Speaking of the introduction of energy-saving technologies in the construction of Uzbekistan, first of all, it should be noted that the energy consumption in older buildings will reach 300 kW / (m2 x years). At the same time, the energy consumption of buildings commissioned after QMQ 2.01.04-97 * exceeds 250 kW / (m2 x years), which is slightly higher than the German buildings built in the late 70s and early 80s of the twentieth century. First of all, this situation occurred due to insufficient attention paid to the problems of energy saving in the USSR. Because it was very important to reduce capital expenditures for construction.

This strategy aims to increase the efficiency of production processes through waste reduction, recycling, and the introduction of environmentally friendly production methods. In the dairy processing sector, it is crucial to explore opportunities for turning by-products such as whey into valuable products, as well as the production of biofuels or biogas. Additionally, energy saving, the use of renewable energy sources, and the implementation of heat recovery systems can help reduce the ecological impact of production. Waste-free technologies require innovative solutions and scientific research, as well as significant government support and financial incentives. Through these approaches, the dairy processing industry can become an environmentally friendly, efficient, and sustainable production system.
