Theoretical substantiation and development of an organizational and economic mechanism for managing human capital in the development of the country.The purpose of this article is to study the methodological, theoretical and practical foundations of human development in the innovation economy of Uzbekistan. In the new Uzbekistan, entering the third Renaissance, huge funds are being spent on the development of human capital, science, education, health and culture, leading to the development of world civilizations and countries.

Serving as the primary barrier against pathogens, the skin's health is intricately linked to its microbiota. Despite the challenging conditions it presents, the human skin hosts a diverse array of commensal microorganisms that contribute to its overall environment. Imbalances and dysbiosis in the skin microbiota can lead to the onset or exacerbation of skin diseases. This review explores recent advancements in our understanding of the skin microbiota and its interactions with the human skin. Additionally, it examines the potential roles of specific microbial species in skin health and disease. The review delves into various strategies for preventing, diagnosing, and treating microbe-related skin conditions, such as adopting healthy diets, lifestyles, and the use of probiotics and prebiotics. Furthermore, it discusses the potential of synthetic biology to modulate the skin microbiota, offering opportunities to optimize interactions between microbes and the skin. Ultimately, this review sheds light on the recovery of the human skin microbiota, its connection to skin diseases, and innovative strategies for engineering or reconstructing it.

This process covers all stages from the selection of employees to their development and helps to increase the overall efficiency of the enterprise.

This study presents the results of a morphological examination of the liver in healthy elderly individuals to investigate the process of nucleolar granular component migration from the nucleus to the cytoplasm of hepatocytes. It was established that this process is analogous to that observed in animals, with no fundamental differences between species. The analysis revealed age-related morphological changes, such as lipofuscin accumulation, dystrophic processes, and nuclear polymorphism. Special attention was given to the characteristics of migrating nucleoli, including their shape, size, and potential mechanisms of exit from the nucleus into the cytoplasm. The obtained data confirm the possibility of nucleolar migration in humans and its potential role in cellular processes.

Women work well in any profession, are fully aware of their obligations, and contribute to the nation's progress and citizens' well-being. As mentioned in the article, the interests of women cannot be imagined separately from the interests of the family, neighborhood and society. The comprehensive solution of these issues, raising the state policy to a higher level in this regard was recognized as the main task for the development of the society.
