Effective management of labor resources is the key to sustainable development of the enterprise and dominance in the market. The success of the enterprise directly depends on the skills, motivation and loyalty of its employees, therefore, improving the labor resources management system is of great importance in achieving the strategic goals of the enterprise. This process covers all stages from the selection of employees to their development and helps to increase the overall efficiency of the enterprise.

The growing shortage of staff and the so-called “staff gap” in this article are among the key issues on the world labor market today. While university graduates and professionals who have become masters of their craft cannot find work in their specialties, employers lose years to find specialists for key positions. This situation did not happen yesterday. New technologies, artificial intelligence and robots - all of which are said to be radically changing the labor market, leaving millions of people unemployed and further complicating the problem of human resources The current system of training does not have time to adapt to these changes and is not able to meet the growing needs of the business in new forms of personnel. As a result, it is highlighted that the staffing gap has a significant impact on all sectors of the economy, entire countries, and almost all forms of business..

This paper examines the comparative features of machine and human translation of English scientific articles into Uzbek. The study highlights semantic accuracy, terminological precision, and stylistic adequacy as the central points of evaluation. Drawing on international scholarship and Uzbek research, the analysis shows that machine translation provides speed and accessibility, yet struggles with terminological and contextual nuances. Human translation ensures academic reliability and stylistic cohesion, though it requires more time and resources. The paper argues for a hybrid approach in which machine systems are used for draft preparation, while human translators refine and standardize final versions. This model enhances the quality of Uzbek academic discourse and accelerates the integration of global knowledge.

This paper analyzes the major challenges that the HRM function faces in the environment of growing globalization and attempts to offer ways of solving these problems. Such strategies include the use of inclusive approaches to handle cultural diversity, developing and supervised training and retraining measures, the use of technology in working from home and working in the hybrid model, designing of flexible organizational structures and creating effective control mechanisms. Taking into consideration these challenges may improve employee retention, make better use of the resources put in the core processes, and can help in better overall performance of the company in the globalized world

The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming the field of education, creating innovative opportunities to strengthen students’ knowledge acquisition. This study explores the role of AI in enhancing learning through personalized learning environments, adaptive assessment models, intelligent tutoring systems, and data-driven instructional strategies. A review of recent academic literature and policy frameworks reveals that AI significantly improves student engagement, motivation, and academic performance. However, challenges such as ethical concerns, unequal access to digital resources, and insufficient teacher preparedness remain unresolved. The study concludes that AI is most effective when integrated as a supportive tool alongside human educators, rather than as a replacement.

Современная анатомия стремительно трансформируется под влиянием медицинских технологий визуализации — от световой/электронной микроскопии и микро-КТ до УЗИ у постели больного, МРТ/КТ, виртуальных столов и 3D-печати. В обзоре синтезированы данные о дидактической ценности методов, их диагностических возможностях, типичных сценариях интеграции в учебные планы и цифровых экосистемах (3D Slicer, открытые анатомические базы, проекты «Visible Human»). Показано, что включение медицинской визуализации и 3D-технологий ассоциировано с улучшением пространственного мышления, сохранением знаний и вовлечённостью студентов; при этом доказательная база наиболее развита для УЗ-обучения (POCUS), виртуальных столов и 3D-печати, тогда как микро-КТ преимущественно служит научным и демонстрационным целям с уникальным разрешением мягкотканых структур. Предложена практическая «лестница интеграции» для медицинских вузов с учётом ресурсов.

In today's world, analyzing the soils of mountain and foothill regions and examining degradation processes using remote sensing and Geographic Information System (GIS) data analysis is essential. These techniques serve as powerful tools for land-use planning, including assessments of land cover, forests, and water resources. This study investigates land cover changes and degradation processes in the mountainous and foothill regions of the Tashkent region, situated in the western part of the eastern Tien Shan mountains. Despite substantial precipitation in the area due to its climate, human encroachment has led to the misuse of pastures, causing significant land use and cover changes. Vacant land and sparse forests have been converted into open land, exacerbating soil degradation due to rainfall. GIS technologies play a crucial role in monitoring these changes and formulating effective strategies for land management.

In the article, radionuclides in atmospheric air, radionuclides in natural and underground water, scientific research and scientific research of foreign scientists about the sources of ionizing radiation affecting the human body from medical diagnostic tools and the metrological basis of radiometric determination. Also, the metrological basis of radiometric determination, the results of studies with radionuclides in atmospheric air and natural and underground water are presented. From the analysis of the scientific research works studied by the scientists, the information on measuring the level of alpha and beta radiation in the atmospheric air with a radiometer was studied, mainly the damage caused by radio-technogenic losses was discussed. At the same time, information is given that x-ray diagnostics, which corresponds to approximately 90% of the total medical dose in terms of medical use of all sources of ionizing radiation affecting humans and radiation exposure to the population. From the analysis of the studied scientific research works, the information on measuring the level of alpha and beta radiation in the atmospheric air with a radiometer is presented, mainly the damage caused by radio-technological losses is discussed.
