Purpose This study explores users’ perspectives on the opportunities, challenges, and impacts associated with artificial intelligence technologies like ChatGPT. Specifically, it aims to understand users’ perceptions of the connection between ChatGPT and sustainability, as well as their views on how companies can contribute to achieving overall well-being.
