Abstrak:
Ushbu maqolada xronik kundalik bosh og‘riqlarni (XKBO) davolashda shaxsiylashtirilgan yondashuvning ahamiyati yoritilgan. Asosiy e’tibor kasallik patogenezida genetik va tomir markerlarining ta’siriga hamda davolash samaradorligiga qaratilgan. Genetik omillar bosh og‘riqlarining individual xususiyatlarini belgilashda va organizmning dori vositalariga javobini prognoz qilishda muhim rol o‘ynaydi. Tomir markerlari esa miyada qon aylanishi va trofika o‘zgarishlarini baholash imkonini beradi. Ilmiy tahlil natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, shaxsiylashtirilgan terapiyadan foydalanish davolash samaradorligini oshirishi, nojo‘ya ta’sirlarni kamaytirishi va bemorning hayot sifatini yaxshilashi mumkin.
