This work examines the problem of ill-posed problems, which often arise in various fields of science and practice. Ill-posed problems are characterized by the lack of a unique solution, sensitivity to changes in input data, and instability of the solution. The aim of the work is to study the essence of ill-posed problems, identify the reasons for their occurrence, and consider examples from different areas of knowledge. Particular attention is paid to the theoretical aspects of ill-posed problems, such as non-uniqueness of the solution, sensitivity to input data, and uncertainty. The paper describes methods for solving ill-posed problems, including regularization, optimization, statistical, and machine learning methods. These approaches allow to deal with uncertainty and instability of the solution. The study of ill-posed problems is of great practical importance, as they often occur in real-life situations and require special methods for their solution. This research will be useful for specialists in various fields, as well as for anyone who faces the task of solving problems in their daily activities.

Textual problems are very important in primary grades. Problems are very helpful for student development and thinking. Any issues that are interesting and attract the student to think will have a more positive effect on his brain activity. For elementary school students, not too complicated, one or two-step problems are recommended. Through them, the scope of thinking expands and serves as a basis for complex issues that will be worked on at the next stages. In order to complete any complex examples and problems, one must first be able to work through simple-looking examples and problems.

Modern education at a medical university has its own characteristics and is becoming one of the most pressing problems of our time. The issue of teaching the discipline “Pathological Anatomy” is limited not only by the ability of students to study the subject, the material base of the department. This paper analyzes the major challenges that the HRM function faces in the environment of growing globalization and attempts to offer ways of solving these problems. Such strategies include the use of inclusive approaches to handle cultural diversity, developing and supervised training and retraining measures, the use of technology in working from home and working in the hybrid model, designing of flexible organizational structures and creating effective control mechanisms. Taking into consideration these challenges may improve employee retention, make better use of the resources put in the core processes, and can help in better overall performance of the company in the globalized world

This study aimed to enhance the oral communication skills  of English learners. The results of this study revealed that the English learners face many problems related to speaking skill, such as confusion and embarrassment; they did not learn speaking lessons correctly at school, and face difficulty in pronouncing some words. The results also showed that the most frequent problems were the limited amount of vocabulary among them, while the least frequent problems were the difficulty in understanding questions. This study also presented some of appropriate solutions to overcome the weakness in speaking skill, such as practicing speaking English inside and outside the classroom effectively, using the modern social media to communicate in English and to express the students’ feelings and needs.
