Abstract:

Qandli diabet (QD) dunyo bo‘ylab surunkali kasalliklar orasida eng keng tarqalganlardan biri hisoblanadi. Kasallikning asosiy xususiyati glyukoza darajasining boshqaruvdan chiqishi bo‘lib, bu ko‘plab asoratlar, jumladan, kardiovaskulyar, buyrak va ko‘z kasalliklariga olib keladi[1]. Bemorlarning glyukoza darajasini o‘z vaqtida monitoring qilishi va uni boshqarishi kasallik oqibatlarini yengillashtirish hamda hayot sifatini yaxshilashning asosiy omili hisoblanadi [2]. Hozirgi kunda glyukoza monitoringi uchun turli texnologik usullar, jumladan, invaziv va noinvaziv texnologiyalar qo‘llanilmoqda. Ushbu texnologiyalar nafaqat glyukoza darajasini real vaqt rejimida kuzatish, balki bemorlarning turmush sifatini oshirishda muhim rol o‘ynaydi [3]. Biroq, ushbu monitoring tizimlarining samaradorligi, qulayligi va iqtisodiy jihatlari bo‘yicha o‘rganishlar yetarli emas.
