Abstract:

Ushbu maqolada zamonaviy tibbiyot ta’limi jarayonida klinik fikrlash kompetentsiyalarini shakllantirish va rivojlantirishning pedagogik hamda psixologik jihatlari tahlil qilinadi. Klinik fikrlash shifokorning kasbiy kompetensiyasining asosiy tarkibiy qismi bo‘lib, nafaqat chuqur nazariy bilimlarga, balki dalillarga asoslangan yondashuv, analitik fikrlash, hissiy barqarorlik, empatik muloqot va reflektiv tafakkurga tayangan holatda qaror qabul qilishga asoslanadi. Maqolada kognitiv, affektiv va metakognitiv salohiyatlarni integrativ tarzda rivojlantirishning didaktik shart-sharoitlari, o‘qitish metodikasi, baholash yondashuvlari va simulyatsion muhitda o‘quv faoliyatini tashkil etish usullari yoritiladi. Shuningdek, interaktiv metodlar, muammoli ta’lim, refleksiya va murabbiylik asosida shaxsiy va kasbiy o‘sish mexanizmlari tahlil etiladi.
