Abstract:

Ushbu maqolada ta’lim jarayonida pedagoglarning liderlik qobiliyatlarini rivojlantirish masalasi ilmiy-pedagogik nuqtai nazardan yoritilgan. Ta’lim sifati va samaradorligini oshirishda o‘qituvchining faqat bilim beruvchi emas, balki lider sifatida faoliyat yuritishi zarurligi asoslab beriladi. Liderlik qobiliyatlari pedagogning tashabbuskorligi, kommunikativ mahorati, ijtimoiy-emotsional intellekti va jamoani boshqarish ko‘nikmalari orqali shakllanishi ta’kidlanadi.
